Breaking news: The Pille Reader is ready for launch on June 6!

We have just been informed by the colleagues at S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia that the new Pille Reader successfully passed the final acceptance tests in Moscow.

The Russian specialists are now preparing the necessary documents for the delivery of the instrument to Baykonur. According to the plans, the new Pille Reader will be sent to the International Space Station by Soyuz MS-09. The preliminary launch date of the spacecraft is the 6th of June 2018.

The new Pille Reader is going to replace the instrument that has been in operation in the Zvezda module since 2003.
